Photographer Melanie Dunea is the creative force behing My Last Supper, a series (books, online video, website) which asks great chefs and culinary personalities what their last meal would be. Her second book, My Last Supper: The Next Course: 50 More Great Chefs and Their Final Meals: Portraits, Interviews, and Recipes features Marc Vetri's response to this ponderous question.
