In the Inquirer, Craig Laban reveals the brunch dish that surprised him the most at Amis. A not-so-closely guarded secret, the Jersey Cannonball is an inspiration from Chef Brad Spence's South Jersey upbringing. It isn't listed on the menu, but certainly worth a try.
